With six recorded albums, itani is a busy minister of the gospel who has to balance his time between singing and preaching in different countries. Itani is currently doing some ministry work in the United Kingdom. With the assistance of a recording studio in London, recording, producing and sound engineering for his next album and other artists is made possible. Itani Is now also helping other artists with video recording and editing . Itani teaches the word with a passion for the message of love, mercy grace and the peace of God.

It took Itani many years to finally focus on what he does best. Being multi talented is a blessing but in most cases confusing. At his age, Itani has now decided to do more of the work of the kingdom of god for the edifying of the saints and salvation of the lost. Many saw him just as a Gospel musician because of the status that his previous recordings gave him on the African region, especially the SADEC region (Southern African countries ) Itani is now doing more in the area of teaching the word as the Lord gives him revelation and grace to do so.

Itani is one of those artists who never enjoyed being spoiled by record companies. He wanted to have a freedom of traveling the whole world without company limitations. He also wanted a kind of freedom that allows him to sell his music in any country without the restrictions of a recording contract. He traveled almost the whole of Southern Africa, South Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Swaziland. Lesotho, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda including some west African countries like Ghana, Nigeria and Benin.
He is now doing some ministry work overseas, with countries like USA, Australia and now busy with some kingdom projects in the UK in London. Itani has produced many artists in his lifetime and this trend has not stopped. Wherever he goes, there are many artists who ask him to do production work for their albums. During his stay in Johannesburg, Itani ran Joy recording studio where he trained sound engineers and producers like Dalton Mbedzi and others.
His music is one of the most pirated in East African countries like Uganda, Tanzania and Kenya. That gave him a status which made him a household name in the 90's. He is still fairly well known in the region were he is constantly being invited to minister in Music and the preaching of the word.

Short Biography
Itani Madima is a South African minister of the Gospel who comes from Johannesburg South Africa where his ministry is based. He was born again at an early age in 1976 and filled with the holy Ghost in 1982. Itani Madima is a recording artist and composer with 6 recorded albums released since 1989 as a solo artist. He also recorded with, produced and engineered more that 55 Albums for other artists in different African countries. Itani’s style of music is contemporary gospel with the word of God dominating his compositions.
Itani Madima has previously received an award for the most soulful gospel musician on the “Mahlasedi a tumelo” programme on the South African TV. He has recently in November 2004 received an award for the most international recognized gospel musician from the Limpopo Province. He sang for presidents and statesmen of different countries.
